ECo is Architect and Civil Engineers for LDR, the Construction Manager for the CBDG-R3 home repair and rebuild program. Our Services include design of model homes, design for home repairs and SDC. The civil team is responsible for all civil work related to new homes, which includes sitting, grading, stormwater, and soils stabilization. ECo produced over 200 plan sets between 2019 and 2021
