Complejo Deportivo Regional Llanero – Toa Baja, PR

The Regional Sport Complex Master Plan organizes a series of existing buildings, scattered in between parking lots by creating a new linear public space. This new linear park faces a regional drainage channel which connects with the Levittown Lakes and has a varying water level. The project seeks to create new biodiversity areas around the channel, terraces that have educational value and connect the adjacent neighborhoods. Additional to the public space around the channel, the project creates new circulation patterns and program opportunities for the municipality and adjacent communities.
